Description
Nabirye Joina was born on August 8, 2005. She is Protestant and lives in the town of Kakira in Jinja, Uganda. She lives with her mother and 5 siblings. Her father passed away, and their family is struggling to provide for all of her children on her income as a farmer. Joina is a Senior 2 at Matumu Secondary School, where English is her favorite subject. She enjoys playing netball (similar to basketball), dancing, and singing at school. She hopes to become a nurse someday.
Joina recently lost her sponsorship. She needs a sponsor to come alongside her and help her complete her secondary education.
