Description
Wairagala Phillip was born in Uganda in 2003, but doesn’t know the exact date. His family is Christian and they stay in the village of Bugembe, located in the Jinja district. He is a partial orphan, having lost his mother to a sickness in 2012. His father lives in another village, so Phillip is staying with his brother who works as a teacher to provide for both of them. Phillip is in the accounting program at Makerere Institute. He recently lost his sponsorship and is in need of a new sponsor to help him in his last term.
