Oyee Emmanuel was born on July 1, 2007. His family lives in Lira in Northern Uganda and he is in the Primary 4 class at AOET’s Rehaboth Integrated Primary School. He is one of five children, and his favorite subject in school is literacy. He enjoys reading in his free time, and has aspirations to become a policeman.
