Description
Taishir Aleti is a Primary 6 student who recently lost his sponsor. He was born in Uganda on February 19, 2010. His family stays in the village of Buwekula, located in the Jinja district. He is a partial orphan, having lost his father to an unknown cause. His mother is unemployed and struggles to provide for their household of 8 people. Aleti helps out at home with fetching water and digging (gardening). He is in the Primary 6 Class at St. Jude Primary School. Aleti tells us that his favorite subject is math, and he wants to be a banker when he grows up. In his spare time, he loves playing football (soccer), drawing, and making toy cars out of wires.
